“Last year my dream of becoming a recording artist came true after auditioning on Britain’s Got Talent. Since then, I’ve had an absolutely fantastic time. It’s been a real gift to me and now I would like to pass on the gift to someone else.

“There are a lot of people out there who wouldn’t have the confidence or perhaps the means to enter a big competition like Britain’s Got Talent.

“So this might be a lot less daunting for some people as they can record the song in the privacy of their own home. I’m hoping that people who have always wanted to sing will give it a try. I wish you all good luck.”

Simon Cowell hated himself

After viewing the clip in which Susan Boyle was launched into the public spotlight Simon Cowell has admitted he hated watching himself

Speaking to Oprah Winfrey he said that the moment Susan appeared on Britain’s Got Talent it was the necessary wake up call that he needed.

Speaking about his own big ego, he commented that it often got in the way of finding new talent

“When I watched the clip back, I actually hated myself. We’re all sneering, we’re not listening. I didn’t like what I saw. It was a wake-up call, and I was happy she made us look stupid, because we deserved it.”

Simon also went on to say that the reason he wants to launch The X Factor in America is because he enjoys “the buzz” – nothing to do with the big fat pay checks then Simon huh?

“I remember Fantasia singing ‘Summertime’ on American Idol, and for three minutes, I lost myself,” he said. “You want to be part of something people are talking about. I love that feeling.”

Amanda Holden:

“It is clearly genetic, you’ve got the Boyle factor.”

One website Translation: You’re fat and ordinary, like Susan Boyle, yet have made it onto the telly.

Piers Morgan:“It was an incredibly good performance.”

Translation again from said website : You’re fat and ordinary and can still remember the words to a song.

Simon Cowell “I think that without the connection with Susan there wouldn’t really be much interest to be honest.”

Susan Boyle collapsed at Heathrow

Susan Boyle gave everyone a scare when she collapsed at Heathrow Airport. Susan was waiting for a flight to France when she fainted in the Club lounge after overheating.

Susan had to receive medical attention but was fine and was able to get on her flight on time.

Arriving in Nice Susan had to cross into Italy to perform at the 60th San Remo Festival.

Witness’s reported “Susan did faint at Heathrow as she overheated in the lounge because it was so warm. However, she is fine now and gave a fantastic performance at the festival.”

This latest airport incident comes one month after Subo got a little excited at Heathrow’s Terminal 5 and had been asked to calm down by British Airways staff

Susan Boyle intruder

Police described Susan Boyle as “very distressed” after the star arrived home on Tuesday night and confronted a intruder inside her home. Its not clear if it was a burglar or a fan seeking a little token. Susan had just flown back after helping to record a charity song “ Helping Haiti”

Police where called after reports of a disturbance “We received a call and it was clear he owner was very distressed to find someone had been within her home”. The police added “We are keen to speak to anyone who can assist with our investigations.”

In spite of Susan world wide stardom she has always stayed in the council house she grew up in.

On Wednesday morning Susan was back on fine form waving and giving her usual thumbs up gestures to the crowds of well wishers.

Police have arrested a 16 year old youth but he was later released. The intruder is said to be about 15 or 16, roughly 5ft 6 and of a slim build.

He was also wearing a dark jacket and dark trousers.

The Britain’s Got Talent Glasgow auditions through up a nice surprise recently, Susan Boyle’s ( some times spelt susan boile ) cousin auditioned as a singer

A young lady passed her first audition after singing Sting’s “Fields of God” Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan where left absolutely stunned when it was uncovered the famous relation and it was in fact Susan Boyle’s cousin.

“She is a young girl with a big voice,” said Piers Morgan.

I am sure we are all looking forward to seeing this when it airs.

Susan Boyle Botox ?

Susan Boyle has confessed in an interview to the Italian edition of Grazia to using Botox.
Subo confirmed she had lost some weight and splashed out on a new wardrobe full of cloths as well as getting her teeth whitened – all to enhance her stunning new look

‘I haven’t changed from an ugly duckling to a swan but I do try and take care of myself,’ she is quoted as telling the Italian edition of Grazia.
‘I have a new hairdresser and I have discovered Botox, as well as getting my teeth whitened. I’ve lost weight for my own self esteem. It’s all been very important. I was never able to buy myself shoes or nice dresses or go to the hairdresser,’ she says.
‘I have the closet of a star. Before I had to save and recycle clothes – for example, the outfit I wore on Britain’s Got Talent I had bought for my brother’s wedding.’

Quizzed if she would like a boyfriend she stated “‘That would be nice. To be honest, I have had a few offers but at the moment I am just so busy. For the time being, I have my cat Pebbles to keep me company, he is the most reliable companion.’  – Susan Boyle’s cat Pebbles is known to be adored by Subo.

When speaking about her visit to  Los Angeles she said “there were thousands of fans chanting my name. I stayed in the hotel where Frank Sinatra brought his girlfriends and where Grace Kelly dived into the pool,’
‘But the most beautiful thing was hearing the affection of all those people.’
Interestingly Sony has denied Susan has had an interview with Grazia and insisted she had never used Botox

‘Pop Star to Opera Star’ is the ITV1 show where the pair will join together. Artists will compete against each other in the format I am sure we are all used to by singing classical arias.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Susan has held Andrea off the top of the US charts for weeks – it’s incredible. The pair are almost certainly to duet the Grammy-nominated songs – ‘Time To Say Goodbye‘ or ‘The Prayer‘
